The i2000 is a state-of-the art, high performance tuning flash programmer in a sleek handheld design. Once connected to the vehicle, the i1000 internal computer recognizes the vehicles PCM and automatically picks the proper tuning files designed specifically for that PCM. Inside the i1000r's memory are the actual tuning files that optimize spark timing and air/fuel ratio curves. The transmission parameters are remapped to improve the shift characteristics such as shift firmness and shift points. Unlike other 'tuners', DiabloSport's programming is performed in very small increments throughout the entire RPM range, for a smoother, wider and a more predictable power delivery. DiabloSport engineers spend many hours on the dyno, street and track to ensure the tunes provided with the i1000 are the best they can be and are updatable online. The i1000 can hold custom tunes* made by any CMR dealer nationwide, the upload process is less than 30sec. RIPP Preprograms the i1000 with proper calibrations so your GEN1 hardware will run just like a band new unit available today.

*GEN1 Kits were the original Jeep JK 3.8 kits designed in 2007 and sold between 2008-2009. They are unique and easily identified because the supercharger is mounted with the air filter facing the firewall. The battery is also relocated to the factory air box location
