This service will provide customers with 1 year of tuning support. Base tunes, technical assistance, and diagnostic help will be provided via data logging reviews. We will also be able to adjust your base tune if need be. All tuning will be held at our discretion.
This service is great for customers who recently bought a used supercharger kit or are using a universal tuning device, such as an i3. Tuning is essential, and having guidance when installing a base map onto your vehicle can be very helpful. If your device has the ability to perform data logging, we can review recorded data and help you diagnose your vehicle or guide you further.
PLEASE NOTE: If you're experiencing physical problems with your tuning device, please contact the manufacturer of that device directly. We can not provide tuning services if your device isn't functioning properly.

I purchased a used JKU Rubicon with a Ripp Supercharger installed. The dealer flashed the Jeep then had a local tuner do a tune. The tune never seemed to be correct and threw codes. I talked with RIPP support team and we diagnosed every issue the Wrangler had, most of the issues did not even have to do with the supercharger installed. I very soon purchased the Year long tuning support for the price you CANNOT beat it. It is WORTH EVERY Penny!!!! When you go to most tuners you get one single tune and that is it and if you need a revision you are spending all over again. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with RIPP Superchargers from start to finish. From the tuning process to the actual supercharger kit, everything has been top-tier.
The kit itself is extremely well put together. All the hardware is high quality, everything fits like it should, and the instructions are clear and straightforward. You can tell a lot of engineering went into making it a true bolt-on system. No cheap parts, no guessing games.
The tuning support is what really stood out to me. The base tune was solid right out of the gate, and the revision process was smooth and professional. Communication was fast, and they actually care about getting your setup dialed in correctly instead of just sending a file and disappearing. The drivability is amazing — it feels stock when cruising but comes alive the second you step on it.
Power delivery is smooth, strong, and consistent. The difference is night and day. It completely transformed the car.
If you’re on the fence about going boosted with RIPP, don’t be. The quality, support, and performance are absolutely worth it. 10/10 experience.
Im happy with my supercharger. Stock 3.6 L had 305 HP stock . Just got it dyno tuned 460 HP at the crank 380 at the wheels with the RIPP Supercharger and a magna flow exhaust . Its loud when you hit it but I can put up with it Good gas mileage and lots of power on the hwy . Cost alot less than buying a new truck over 100000 $. I keep my rig mint so it has been very worthwhile
Outstanding and continuing support from the tuning team here. Seth has worked with not only my abnormal problems due to personally installed mods that aren’t perfect, and through my unnecessary mechanical mistakes. I highly recommend this service if you have any question at all that your kit isn’t running perfectly. You will notice the difference in power, drivability, and smooth running through all RPMs.
I had issues with my Jeep stalling unexpectedly for about 6 months. I kept chasing CEL faults with new sensors (camshaft, crankshaft, O2s, etc.), and nothing I did permanently fixed the issue. Then I found out about RIPP’s extended tune service. I took a chance on it because I had chased down so many other dead ends. When I did, Seth from RIPP Tuning contacted me, asked me to send him my Jeep’s info, CELs, and driving logs. He sent me a tune, and I sent back logs of the engine running, Seth sent me an update, and it’s been running great ever since! I can’t say how happy I am with their service! Now I feel confident about driving it again!
Excellent customer service the mechanic was having some trouble getting the system to accept the tune, but Seth jumped in and solve the problem. Answered all of our questions was very professional and made sure that we were 100% satisfied. Would recommend to anyone Looking to improve their performance. Vehicle runs excellent.
I purchased the Ripp XL kit in 2022 for my JKU with a 4.5" lift and 37's. Re-gearing helped, but the SC kit really made it fun to drive again.
Two years later, I moved from Las Vegas, NV to Northern Colorado. I had check engine codes and drivability issues such as hesitation, poor acceleration, random stalling, limp mode, etc. Various codes ranging from evaporative emissions, gas cap, rich fuel bank & MAP
I called Ripp because one of the codes was for the MAP sensor. I knew the kit came with a different part than stock and was looking for a replacement. The team suggested I use the tuning service to further narrow down the problem.
I will say it was money well spent. No more guessing and throwing money at random parts I thought might be going bad from least expensive and to the next (gas cap, evap emission cannister, leak detection pump, almost the charcoal cannister).
I did some data logging and sent the info along with the last tune & some other stuff from the intune to the tuning team. Seth analyzed the data and immediately knew what it was. He suggested a different injector set & MAP sensor. I bought these and a new set of spark plugs & air filter to replace while we were at it. Oh, and a Ripp catch can too. Should have done that with the original install. This also required a new tune which Seth was able to provide as well. **Do yourself a favor and install the aftermarket aluminum oil cooler when you have the lower intake off - I did.
This thing runs much better now than it did with the initial install, which was impressive. It is more drivable and shifts smoother. It idles smoother and does not seem to surge.
Kudos to Seth & the team. You really know your product and the 3.6L Pentastar engine. I appreciate the time you took to work with me and evaluate the data. Responses were quick and on one occasion over the weekend. Awesome customer service.
I suspect I would have spent thousands of dollars at a shop to diagnose & troubleshoot the issue. Super happy with the support & product overall.
